Support Groups
The following support groups will assist individuals to address issues such as life changes, anxiety/depression, communication skills, relationships, bereavement and parenting.
Bereavement - For those individuals who have recently lost a loved one. The group meets at Jewish Family Service. This program is generously funded by the Roslyn & Joseph Baim Family Foundation.
Moving On From Bereavement- For adults who would like the opportunity to discuss and explore relationships, family issues, communication, new roles and opportunities. The group meets at Temple Judea in Laguna Hills.
Challenge of Change - Group forming - For adult men and women to learn about constructive ways to handle life changes and challenges. Contact Sue Roth at sue@jfsoc.org for more information.
You and Your Aging Relative - For adults who are experiencing pressures and responsibilities for the care of an aging parent or relative. The group meets at Jewish Family Service.
