Program Spotlight: Life Skills Counseling
Stress is a major cause of illness and family strife. The Jewish community can help. Jewish Family Service provides private counseling sessions and support groups with professional psychotherapists to assist individuals and families in addressing life challenges. Common areas of concern are stress, depression, anxiety, life changes and relationship conflicts both at home and in the workplace. Psychotherapists assist clients in understanding life challenges and developing strategies to manage them in a constructive and healthy manner. All contacts are confidential, and fees are adjustable.
