Jewish Family Service Older Adult Services are designed to promote and enhance the health, well-being, social connections and independence of older adults in Orange County.

JFS offers a wide range of services to help older adults live safely in their own homes as long as possible. Because your needs change as you age, we offer many different levels of assistance, monitoring and consultation.

Many family members of older adults call us for advice about care issues. We often recommend an in-home assessment, which is a thorough evaluation of all your loved one’s needs, and a personalized plan of action for addressing those needs. The plan of action may include ongoing monitoring by a JFS care manager, who can be your surrogate with local health and social service providers, immediately reporting to you any changes in condition.
