When family members have trouble working together or can’t agree on major care issues, it helps to invite a neutral outside facilitator to lead one or more family meetings. The JFS Facilitator is an expert at dealing with complex family dynamics, which always play themselves out in caregiving situations. The goal is to help families communicate about care issues and make sound decisions about their loved one’s care. We will help your family produce a written agreement capturing the decisions and agreements made at the meeting and/or assist with a commitment calendar that outlines a schedule of responsibilities and commitments.
