Russian, Farsi and Mandarin Health Interpretation
JFS is launching a new health interpretation program in July 2008 for residents of Woodbridge Manor low-income housing in Irvine. Over 70% of the residents of Woodbridge Manor are non-English speaking. JFS health translators will provide both translation and cultural consultation in Farsi, Russian, and Mandarin so that residents can benefit from health education programming and gain access to
to critical health resources.
