Special Needs Support Services JFS is delighted to announce that Jan Weiner, Ph.D. has joined JFS as our Special Needs Support Services Program (SNSS) Specialist. This program offers support and consultation for individuals and families with disabilities. It provides assistance to our clients in securing benefits, services and opportunities for which they are eligible and/or that are appropriate to their needs. Additionally, it addresses the obstacles and frustrations all too often encountered by people with special needs attempting to gain access to and inclusion in Jewish and secular community life. We are looking for computer saavy volunteers to mentor
women re-entering the workforce after a major life crisis.
Tech-mentors provide one-to-one assistance in setting up
their computer, learning or practicing specific computer
programs such as WORD, Excel and Access and using
